The Alliance Française de Lusaka offers a fully equipped library for students and members. Located in a comfortable 300-square-meter space, the library houses more than 7,000 books and provides seating for up to 30 readers.
The facility also includes a small film corner where up to three people can watch films using wireless headsets. Whether you want to study, conduct research, or simply enjoy reading and learning, the library provides a welcoming and contemporary environment with internet access through the digital platform. Ask the librarian for assistance.
The library is managed by Alice Musonda Mwape, Librarian. She and the library team are available to assist visitors in finding documents and recommending books and learning materials.
The Media Library is also an active cultural space where educational and cultural activities are regularly organized for both children and adults. The collection includes thousands of French-language books and documents available for consultation and borrowing, as well as specialized materials designed for learning and teaching French.
Members and students also benefit from access to Kubelenga, the Alliance Française digital library, which provides a wide selection of online resources including newspapers, magazines, and other digital publications.
Borrowing privileges and full access to the library and Kubelenga are available exclusively to registered students and members of Alliance Française de Lusaka.
